The first step is to see if your prostate is actually healthy. For the most part, you are not getting any disease, and this is because the prostate is not the organ that is causing the disease, it's just the organ. If you notice any symptoms, or have any questions, please read on. To determine your prostate is healthy, take a look at the prostate for any sign of growth or any change. You can find more information here: The PSA. There are two ways to measure your prostate: a) a quick blood test, like a Urine Urine Drug Test or a Pap smear. B) a urine test, like a Biochemical Analyzer, where the samples are taken, and sent to a lab for analysis. To find out which method works better for you, try our PSA test on here. If you don't have one of these tests yet, it's time to pick one up! If you're already a member, sign up here and get access to the free members-only blog.
