Sizing breast cups can be tricky. A lot of brands make their cups large. It's better to go for a size that will fit, but is also close enough to your actual size.

First, take your bra size. It's a very easy measurement. Take the size in inches from the bust of your breast, then divide that number by 2. For example, a 32 band is 32 inches wide, 2 inches, so 32 is the band size. If your bra size is 32, check if you need a band size up. In some cases, the cup size should be larger than the band size, because of the way your breasts have to fit. If you are a 34 band, you should go up to a 36 band.
